Refund Policy

Thank you for registering for a Summers in the Park event! Please read our refund policy carefully before booking:

 

🔁 Refunds & Cancellations

 

• Full refunds are available if you cancel your event registration 7 days or more before the scheduled event.

• 50% refunds will be granted if cancellation occurs 3–6 days before the event.

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the event.

 

 

🌦️ Weather or Instructor Cancellation

 

• If Summers in the Park cancels an event due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen instructor circumstances, you will receive:

   

  • A full refund, or

  • The option to transfer your registration to a future event of equal value

 

 

🔄 Transfer of Registration

 

• You may transfer your registration to another person up to 24 hours in advance by emailing us with their name and contact info.

• Transfers are not available within 24 hours of the event.
